This approach shifts the burden of systemic stress onto the person experiencing it.
This commodification ignores the structural reality of the modern workplace. Most of us are operating in environments designed to exploit our dopamine pathways. Notifications, endless email threads, and the expectation of being "always-on" are not accidental; they are features of a system that profits from our constant engagement. When we try to solve brain fog with a new scheduling technique, we are essentially trying to fix a leak in a dam with a piece of tape, while the water continues to rise.
